Club Level perks, excellent views, central location
The outdated facilities could use a serious refresh!!! The room service is overpriced and portion sizes are less than satisfying!!! The carpets seem worn and uninviting, not quite up to par.

Couples seeking relaxation
Everyone at the place was super cute,, especially the staff at breakfast. I loved trying my limited Japanese with them,, and they really appreciated it, turning my awkward attempts into warm smiles.
It wasn't inexpensive, but the overall experience made it worth it.

Super comfy stay!
The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy-seriously, best sleep ever! Loved the fancy toilet too, lol. Breakfast was fab with a mix of western stuff and Japanese options. The only thing was that the wifi was kinda slow at times.

The Club Level experience was really good, with a fine view and high-quality regional snacks available throughout the day. The staff provided attentive service. The wait times during check-in and breakfast were frustratingly long, and the room, while comfortable, had signs of age with less-than-ideal bathroom fixtures. The inconsistent communication at the front desk led to unnecessary complications during stay extensions.
